LOCATION: Anywhere in the U.S./Remote

POSITION SUMMARY:
Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. In this dynamic position, you’ll lead the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment and play an important role in improving processes and salesforce.com adoption across the organization. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. You will be responsible for execution of day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 200+ users
- Work independently with members of the user community to define, document and prioritize development requirements aligned with the organization’s business and sales goals
- Configure and customize Salesforce based on input from key business stakeholders
- Work with department stakeholders to develop, analyze, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor performance and monitor business processes
- Maintain data integrity within Salesforce.com platform
- Manage user access and permissions through user setup, roles and role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, sharing rules, and security
- Create and maintain formulas, workflow rules, process builders, flows, objects, fields, validation, assignment rules, page layouts and templates
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, provide recommendations for process improvements and manage on-going support of API integrations
- Document and maintain business requirements and workflows
- Develop, document and implement training for users on processes, policies, and application configuration
- Provide end-user support and advise internal teams on best practices for maximizing Salesforce value

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce.com
- Salesforce Administrator Certified, other certifications are a plus
- Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, process builders, flows, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Experience configuring Salesforce Lightning
- A strong detail-orientation and high standard of quality and accuracy
- Strong project management experience delivering end-to-end solutions (SCRUM or agile experience, preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
- Ability to work in one of the US-based corporate offices (Northridge, CA; Denver, CO; or Sandy, UT) at least 25-35% of the time
- APEX knowledge a plus
