What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the SVP, Global Accounts, the VP, Sales Executive, Salesforce is responsible for establishing and driving the strategic growth for our Salesforce practice.
This includes developing a strategy to work with the Salesforce field sales channel to drive brand awareness to drive and nurture leads through the entire sales process. The candidate must have a complete understanding of their accounts, their industries, the identification, and relationship establishment of true C-level decision makers, and to be able to drive both a holistic or focused approach in driving business outcomes that leverages our end-to-end customer experience vision.
  • Be visionary and inspiring to customers and to the Salesforce channel.
  • Be able to clearly articulate thoughts and answer questions related to business outcomes, pain points, industry perspectives, best practices, and solutions, including linkages between these items.
  • Be able to operate in a highly consultative sales environment
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness and top-notch prospecting skills through a variety of means to identify clients and generate new revenue. This includes networking with former partners and contacts, conducting industry research, mining social media and applying industry, technology and solution-oriented product knowledge to identify strategic sales opportunities and generate new business.
  • Uses client, prospect and partner feedback to implement a strategy to expand product opportunities within current account base.
  • Maximizes the total value of solutions sold through deeper penetration of existing accounts, actively using all appropriate resources to win additional business across the entire Salesforce cloud around multiple use cases.
  • Conducts opportunity assessments of client base to proactively understand client needs and develop in-depth account plans.
  • Develops strong relationships with Salesforce Sales representatives and Salesforce Sales Leadership to create joint target account strategies and corresponding marketing activities, which result in new business opportunities.
  • Presents proposals to corporate decision makers for new business, renewals, change orders, and expansion of existing base.
  • Works collaboratively with sales engineering and others to build interactive components and presentations which outline features, benefits and unique selling points to the prospect to include SOW and RFPs which fall within established margin requirements.
  • Develops strong relationships with Salesforce Sales representatives to create joint target account strategies and corresponding marketing activities, which result in new business opportunities.
  • Works closely with Project Management and Practice Teams to ensure successful post sales implementation and contractual fulfillment.
  • Produce opportunity assessments of customer base that proactively act to understand the client needs as well as more in depth account plans, where applicable.
  • Utilizes CRM to manage sales pipelines and actively track activities on a weekly basis.
  • Follows sales process and governance.
  • Capable of presenting SOWs, ROMs, and capability presentations prospects/clients and to Salesforce in a clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated relationship building and interpersonal skills to include ability to quickly establish credibility and trust.
  • Ability to generate interest, enthusiasm and benefits in TTEC offerings.
  • Ability to develop consultative relationships with customers and partners to understand needs and identify opportunities.

  • Ability to apply BANT, and challenger-based sales to sales pursuits.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with ability to overcome objections.

  • Possess a passion for sales with a healthy sense of competition.
  • Proactive management of pipeline deals and related activities throughout entire sales pursuit.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired outcome.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office products, specifically Outlook and Salesforce CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in selling and positioning technology products and software solutions in a high touch, consultative selling environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of enterprise selling in leading selling motions on Salesforce, with specific experience in selling Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Minimum of 3 years of selling professional services preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 to $150,000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
