SalesForce Administrator

Position Summary:

Carboline is seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator location in St. Louis, MO. This person will assist the Marketing team in administering and onboarding the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications. They will also monitor the End User Usage of Systems and performance daily administrative and user support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing with a minimum of 2-4 years of Salesforce Administration or related experience. Technical expertise and previous experience with Salesforce required. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification, and previous onboarding experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time – up to 8 hours in a day. No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security.
• Monitors end-user usage of systems
• Performance daily administrative and user support tasks
• Configure the platform to the business specifications and communicate to the team for any updates/changes.
• Stay up to date on the platform’s new tools, capabilities and updates. Will advise the team for how they can utilize any new items.
• Troubleshoots complex networking and operating system problems.
• Troubleshoots issues and outages with Salesforce or systems that connect to Salesforce.
• Provides training to new and current team members on Salesforce capabilities.
• Committed to the Company’s safety and quality programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
