Salesforce Business Analyst

Looking for a Salesforce BA who can support an inventory management process implementation. This will be a custom solution not OTB. We are NOT looking for just a Salesforce user.

Scope:

• Assist in developing and implementing Salesforce.com CRM for the project, including development of standard operating procedures, training material, and conducting training to the users.
• In collaboration with customer services, maintain the deployment & use of the CRM system to provide efficient resolution to customer inquiries.
• Assist with maintaining and enhancing the billing and invoicing system.
• Collaborate with engineering & accounting to assist in the implementation of automated invoicing and collections procedures.
• Support with continuous improvement of manufacturing & logistics operational processes like forecasting and fulfillment.

Required:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce.
• Experience deploying tech driven processes and services at scale.
• Solid with technical tools to perform data analysis, validation, and analytics.

Pluses:

• 3-5+ years of experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Experience with SQL and/or database tools like BigQuery and/or Spanner.
