Job Description

Butterfly Network is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Enterprise Data and Systems team. As part of this technical team, and alongside a CRM Solutions Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders across many departments to ensure that Salesforce meets the evolving needs of our rapidly growing business.

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:

Designing and delivering new solutions and processes within Salesforce
Training and supporting end users in existing Salesforce processes
Adjusting and improving upon Salesforce Lightning UI implementation
Managing Salesforce access and security settings for end users and integrations
Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience managing Lightning UI configuration
Experience managing Salesforce Profiles, Role Hierarchy, and Permission Sets
Experience with salesforce sandbox development process and release management

Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it's ok if you don't!):

Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
Familiarity with Apex and its use in the SFDC ecosystem
Experience configuring Salesforce CPQ
Experience with highly customized Salesforce API integrations/endpoints
