Position:
Your focus will be to successfully drive Sales growth from Direct customers while also supporting IVD distributors, within the defined Region. In the role, you will act as an Inpeco ambassador, promoting our Vision to “Creating a healthier tomorrow, today” and ensure alignment and execution against Company’s strategic goals.
How you will make an impact :
- Establishing the Legal entity in France and supporting the development of all relevant local processes.
- Taking ownership of the Business goals and accountability for meeting and exceeding these targets.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability with a focus on Direct customers.
- Establishing and cultivating a strong network of key reference contacts.
- Supporting the local IVD distributors with Inpeco products.
- Overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Putting available systems into practice (CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for high efficiency and standardization.
- Collecting market trends & competitive information.
- Acting as an agent of change and challenging company processes for continuous improvement.
- Recruiting and leading a team of talented people in different functions by cultivating empowerment and ownership.
- Ensuring that human capital and capabilities are aligned with the company’s HR strategy.
Requirements:
- Education - Degree level in Healthcare or Business (administration, economics) and a solid experience in Laboratory Medicine or Anatomical Pathology within the country.
- Experience – At least 15+ years of working in an international organization within the Healthcare space (at least 5+ years in a management position), with a matrix environment, working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance.
- Track record - Proven track record of being able to deliver sustained sales results, including experience with large & complex accounts, end-user selling, growing existing customer base and negotiating through multiple business models to win the deals.
- Leadership - Experience in leading and developing team performance using a variety of sales leadership processes including funnel management, account plan reviews, and sales skill coaching.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and wear many hats in a fast-paced and pressured work environment. A proactive, flexible, and pragmatic approach will be required for success.
- Native French speaker
- Fluent English, written and spoken (C1 or C2 level)
- Fiscal residence in France
- knowledge of CRM Salesforce
