Your tasks
- 3+ years of change management in support of business and technology change projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar fields
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage expectations of the client.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Experience with CRM / Sales Enablement
- Nice to have:
- Salesforce Know-How
- Proficient German language skills
- Experience within Sales / Sales Organizations
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Sharepoint
Your profile
- Develop, lead and execute comprehensive and customized organizational change management strategies and plans across all dimensions of organizational change with the goal of an successful rollout of Salesforce for the global sales organization
- Assesses organizational requirements and capabilities to effectively tailor change management and training approaches.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and engagement across different stakeholder groups (management and users)
- Provides project management and leadership of change and training
- Assess effectiveness of change success on regular basis with systematic KPIs
- Ensures day-to-day management of delivery tasks including prioritization of tasking, tracking of responsibilities, quality assurance on deliveries, and constant elevation of the operational environment
- Manage day-to-day training activities before, during and after course completion to ensure consistent and successful delivery.
- Lead the end-user training work stream activities, timelines and objectives.
- Organize and facilitate Train-The-Trainer sessions.
- Work closely with Functional Leads to understand the use of user stories and related documentation for training.
