Key Role:
Leverage experience as a thought leader, including architecting Salesforce solutions and positioning solutions with senior-level clients. Demonstrate expertise in customer experience (CX) and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies to ensure excellent solutions delivery. Comprehend Salesforce delivery, cost models, and security features and ensure programs are delivered on time and in scope. Manage stakeholder expectations, perform hands-on design, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the Salesforce platform. Build customized Salesforce applications, apply technical expertise, leverage various software engineering techniques, and build and refine business logic to enhance team capabilities, improve security, and maximize Salesforce ROI. Serve as a member of a diverse team of experts providing world-class deployment and engineering, demonstrating thought leadership resulting in new technical capabilities and approaches. This position can work remotely but should be able to support a 9-5 EST schedule.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with IT
- 3+ years of experience with Web development, including (X)HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion
- Experience with applying data systems design, architecture, engineering and management concepts for analytics solutions implementation planning
- Experience as a technical architect
- Experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Apex or Salesforce Lightning
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- BA or BS degree
- Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce Systems Architect Certification
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with developing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools for Salesforce and conducting fit and gap analyses to support data element mappings
- Experience in interfacing with Salesforce applications for Tableau data visualization and business intelligence products
- Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Developer or Architect Certification
