Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce admin with a preference for fast paced, high growth startup environments. The Salesforce admin will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of our Sales and Marketing systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and other business systems. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using these platforms.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
-Serve as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
-Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
-Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
·Work with our Sales and Marketing leaders to establish new and streamline existing Sales and Marketing processes
·Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
·Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and other functional units
· Work independently to define and document processes
What We're Looking For
-Excellent project management skills
-Understanding of Salesforce best practices, robust data management abilities, relational databases, and integration tools
-The ability to work independently and as a part of a team, manage multiple high-priority projects, results, and process-oriented
-Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
-Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
-Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
Experience Required
-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
-Experience using Sales Cloud, Zendesk, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Hubspot
-Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily
-Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
-Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, reports, dashboards and other content of intermediate complexity
-Strong data management abilities (data loader, spreadsheet manipulation)
