See where your potential will take you!Position Description:We are looking for experienced, energetic, experts for the role of Solution Consultant in our Salesforce.com practice.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Determining a reasonable cost and deadline for a project
- Analyzing data to check and maintain system capabilities and find any issues
- Overseeing a development team to ensure they are meeting standards and deadlines
- Creating a plan for integrating new applications
- Advising and supporting diverse teams, including client, partners and Wave6 resources
- Identifying optimum solutions and resolutions to customer challenges
- Working with both technical and non-technical team members and client staff
- Providing guidance on functional application and development best practices and testing
The Solution Consultant will also have the opportunity to assist sales in correctly scoping new projects.
Wave6 projects require some travel from time to time with a healthy balance of remote and onsite client interaction.
Most client work is based in Midwest U.S., Northeast U.S. and/or Canada.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects, with 8 years preferred
- Advanced experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
- Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans
- Sales support / presales experience
- Ability to handle mulitiple, simultaneous client projects
- Strong understanding of functional application and development best practices and testing
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
Professional Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to work with Executives
- Strong presentation skills
