Our Salesforce Analystis responsible for supporting Salesforce, providing documentation, managing communication, and supporting process improvement initiatives within Full Service Operations.

Our Salesforce Analystis responsible for supporting Salesforce, providing documentation, managing communication, and supporting process improvement initiatives within Full Service Operations.
Responsibilities (Text Only):
Salesforce
- Collaborate with company IT team, Security, and consultants in to ensure that requirements of business operations are successfully achieved
- Responsible for managing user access for Full Service team
- Control approved communications to team via Salesforce Chatter/Groups/Newsfeed or similar
- Develop Business Requirements Documents and Standard Operations procedures for existing Full Service transactions
- Assist in developing process maps for existing and new processes using Visio.
- Assist in migrating legacy data to Salesforce platform while partnering with IT and cross functional dependencies
- Assist/lead in onboarding and training new salesforce users
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce/Tableau to track KPI’s with assistance of analytics team to ensure reporting is validated and available when required for the leadership
- Redesign processes for optimization prior to integration
- Utilizes data to develop processes to improve our organizational practices.
- Works with organizational partners and stakeholders to ensure efficiencies outlined in business cases reach fruition.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems or other related disciplines
- 3+ years of business development, management consulting, financial advisory or IT Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- 1+ year of process mapping experience with Microsoft Visio
- 1-3 years process improvement experience. ASQ Green Belt Certification preferred
- Proven ability to communicate to different audiences such as managers, end users, administrators, and developers is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Highly analytical and detail oriented
