Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst in Plano, TX.
Primary responsibilities:
- Salesforce Business Analyst will capture, analyze, and document user stories for new projects as well as improvements to existing solutions
- Assist the Product Owner in providing a detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and in articulating the benefits and risks of a solution's feasibility and functionality
- Work closely with the Agile Teams developers and the Salesforce IT team to ensure that the user stories are accurately translated into technical implementation
- As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will test the user stories and confirm the changes are operational in the production environment
- Demonstrate user stories in the Sprint and ART demos
- BA degree in Business or Information Technology, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent
- SFDC certification (Admin01)
- 7+ years of proven experience with Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations for a software company
- Experience in SAFe and Agile methodology
- Strong technical understanding
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written global communication skills
- Preferred locations are eastern or central US but other locations will be considered
