Description of Duties:

The Salesforce Manager will spearhead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions, drawing from your extensive experience in CRM and Salesforce ecosystems. This role will entail overseeing the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects, leveraging your expertise in both declarative and custom functionalities to design and scale Service Cloud applications effectively.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3+ full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience implementing Service Cloud and knowledge around how out of the box functionality best supports a call-center focused business.
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce and how to best leverage declarative and custom functionality to implement/scale a Service Cloud solution.
• Experience in delivery of projects using agile methodology.
• Hands-on development expertise (e.g., Apex, SOQL, LWC, etc.)
• Able to work independently and with little guidance. Has strong problem solving, communication skills, and is comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Able to manage a group of 4-5 junior developer resources and can guarantee and oversee their success in delivery of working Salesforce solutions.
• MuleSoft experience including designing and developing architecture landscapes where Salesforce connects to other applications via MuleSoft.
• Able to develop a proposed approach/solution for client requirements in Salesforce including data migrations & integrations with third party applications.
• Comfortable presenting in front of small and large audiences (2-3 people and as big 30+) in workshop settings
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
• Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.
• Provide attention to details.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
