As a member of RSM’s consulting team, you’ll work directly with key decision makers and company owners to gain a better understanding of the challenges they face. This experience also allows you to see firsthand the positive impact your efforts can have on the client's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and architectural leadership on client projects
- Understand business goals and processes and play key role in requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, migration, rollout, training and ongoing administration
- Assist business development teams with discovery, scoping and estimations for client engagements
- Play pivotal role in creation of new services and building of company intellectual property such as accelerators, templates, test frameworks, standard development environments, policies and standards
- Play pivotal role in building the Salesforce development practice
- Be able to work in a fast paced, complex, collaborative, team environment
- Work well in a culture of teamwork, respect, quality and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands on technical, consulting and/or IT experience a requirement
- Experience with Flow, Apex, JavaScript, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce.com APIs and integration. Experience with integration technologies like Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Informatica, Boomi and others a plus
- Experience with Salesforce.com customer and partner portals
- Experience with Technical architecture
- Salesforce.com administrator, consultant and/or development certification
- Ability to travel 15%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect
- Project management skills and experience leading teams a plus
- Java, .NET, PHP, RoR, Node.JS a plus
- Self-motivated, self-directed and ability to work independently and on a team
- Desire to learn, quick thinker, analytical, detail oriented and creative problem solver
- Great customer skills, professionalism and entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
