Salesforce Consultant Role

TechBridge is seeking a full-time, Salesforce Analyst to join our family. Our Analysts are highly motivated, extremely organized, and expected to leverage their successful experience with project implementations to take the lead on project configuration and to be the liaison between TechBridge Clients and the TechBridge development team. Our Consultants work with a project manager and development team and are responsible for:

Working with a project manager to understanding client business process and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise, etc.) to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations
Gather requirements from client interviews, meetings, white-boarding & documentation analysis to provide oversight of the solution throughout the project; ensure clients are able to make educated decisions on recommended services/products for sign off
Process design (flow mapping & scenario design) & document business workflows and requirements
Configuration of data model, workflows/process builders/flows, security configuration of profiles/permission sets/sharing rules, and configuration of 3rd party appexchange packages
Overseeing testing and bug resolution.
Provide user and admin training sessions.
Effectively manage one or more clients and/or projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Salesforce in an administrative and/or consulting capacity
Excellent communication skills, experience working directly with customers
Experience working in Salesforce Lightning
Experience with Salesforce nonprofit cloud, nonprofit success pack and volunteers for salesforce
Experience working with non profit organizations (donor management, volunteer management, program management)
