Your tasks

• Develop the product vision and roadmap for our Salesforce CRM platform

• Together with your international product team of internal and external experts you plan, organize, operate and manage the functional, technical and commercial platform development alongside the complete product lifecycle

• Coordinate the product requirements arising from build, run and change in an agile manner

• You will actively accompany the entire process from the requirements analysis and conception to the implementation and marketing of the solutions

• As the main contact person for the product and the operation of the Salesforce CRM solution, you will also be in close coordination with our customers and neighbouring departments / areas and thus manage overarching interfaces

Your skills

• You are a real Salesforce trailblazer and already have extensive experience in administration of core modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot, Tableau CRM

• You are convinced that you can operate large Salesforce installations in an agile manner with a cross-functional product team.

• You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and experience in the conception and implementation of projects.

• You think end-to-end, are future- and solution-oriented.

• Delivering added value for your customers is your passion.

• Your experience of working in an international environment, very good knowledge of English and German
