One CRM Trainer
The role will involve working closely with the all Sales Teams across Transport Europe, to ensure all users are trained on the appropriate functions within OneCRM. The role will involve organising and holding training sessions (web based and in country), communicating developments and supporting with a training matrix / e-learning web portal. The role including the following:
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- CRM Training and Communication
- OneCRM Training Sessions (New user onboarding & Intermediate levels)
- Communication of Enhancements and Process Changes
- Ad – Hoc User Support
- Creation of Training Documents and Videos
- Development of Training Matrix / e-learning web portal.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Minimum Required Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field of study.
- Minimum Required Experience: 3-5 years of administration support experience.
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish.
- Strong Fluency user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Accurately inputs information into and retrieves from the computer.
- Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.
- Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position/business unit
- Identifies opportunities that match the requirements of the business
- Produces unambiguous, comprehensive and accurate interpretations.
- Composes thorough and detailed written technical documentation and reports
- Writes clearly and informatively. Edits work for spelling and grammar.
- Presents organised and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience.
- Utilises variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes, or cultures.
- Establishes and maintains effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally.
