 In this role as IT Architect, Salesforce Application Developer (m/f/diverse) you will be the subject matter expert, big-picture thinker and an in-depth problem solver.

 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
Implementing digital solutions for CRM, eCommerce and Service Management on the Salesforce platform 

Responsibility for designing and implementing secure and high-performance technical solutions that support business digital data and process strategies 

Working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and other subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes 

Aligning business and technology, selecting the right IT solution and explaining to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels 

Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and ascertain true underlying needs 

Assessing the impact of new requirements on existing platform/solutions, systems and processes 

Selling force architecture and design, configuration and development to implement business changes 

Integration, data management, sharing and authorization, identity and access management designer (m/f/diverse) 

Designing and developing multiple applications e.g. Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Services, etc. 

Qualifications 

Academic degree in information technology or comparable qualification 

Several years of working experience in Information technology and Salesforce platform solutions architecture and design, configuration and development 

International Experience 

Demonstrable experience in software architecture and development techniques 

Experience in web and mobile application development, programming, and collaboration platforms e.g. Jira, Jenkins, Github, etc. 

Knowledge of web and mobile applications development, Cloud DevOps, databases (SQL & NoSQL) and programming languages 

Knowledge and experience with SAP and SAP BW 

Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) 

Ability to communicate effectively 

Intercultural sensitivity 

Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
