This position will be responsible for designing processes that increase efficiency and scale across our Salesforce platform. It will be a cross-functional role, supporting core business teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal, and Finance) to establish and implement best in class application technology and business solutions in Sales and Marketing for a rapidly growing organization.

- Developing and improving workflow processes in our sales and marketing organization to effectively manage leads, client information and data.
- Support Sales VP’s develop targeted new prospecting lists and client re-engagement / reactivation initiatives.
- Support marketing team in data analysis, market segmentation and defining client profiles for targeted marketing outreach and support campaign implementation.
- Prepare weekly reports on attribution and SQL, MQL and QSO for Sales and Attribution Analysis.
- Work with media buying team to track lead generation through conversion and identify optimal advertising channels.
- Maintain the database to ensure data integrity, minimal duplication and optimal account, contact, lead and opportunity architecture.
- Spearhead sales performance and metric reporting for Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards based on KPIs, and ad hoc reporting.
- Act as the go-to person for any queries involving Salesforce configuration and usage.
- Onboard new hires with Salesforce and its related applications
- Provide onboarding and continuous training to all user groups.
- Perform mass data imports/exports using API or various import tools.
- Stay up-to-date on new releases, features and functionality.
- Integrate, manage and administrate Marketing Automation Software (Marketo).
- Manage integration with phone systems for inbound lead routing.
- Manage and administrate third party applications such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, JETNET.
- Provide additional sales operations and analytical support to the sales team as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years Salesforce administration experience
- Knowledge of Data Loader, SOQL, SOSL, and Web Services
- Advanced knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud customizations
- Preferred experience working with ZenDesk, Marketo, SalesLoft, and other business applications
- Active certification required (minimum ADM-201)
- Prior experience in SaaS or subscription-based companies preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
