CRM Manager (m/f/d)

My duties

• Develop and implement tailor-made digital CRM strategies and concepts for our customers
• Collaborating with the marketing team to define and deliver roadmaps of CRM campaign activity
• Identification of relevant customer-related data for the further development of the marketing campaigns in cooperation with the customer data specialist
• Development of customized strategies in cooperation with our customer journey management
• Creating regular CRM campaign & digital product performance analysis, providing insights and making recommendations to the key stakeholders
• Support the Customer Experience team with customer data in setting up and analyzing campaigns to define funnel strategies

My qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other business-related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in operational CRM and lead generation in a dynamic environment, e.g. start-up or agency
• Extensive experience in campaign management with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiar with the CRM automation tools
• Strong analytical skills, solution oriented and an independent way of working
• Fluent English language as well as excellent presentation skills
