  • Troubleshoot reported issues and adhere to IT Audit policies.
  • Manage access for internal users.
  • Adhere to industry standards and updates related to Salesforce.
  • Identify opportunities to clean up and simplify the Salesforce organization.
  • Manage business process and needs across a variety of departments.
  • Determine project requirements through process mapping and probing questions.
  • Document projects and establish clear communication to business stakeholders.
  • Conduct exhaustive testing of the solutions and UAT sessions.
  • Develop new and creative solutions to existing manual processes that adhere to system best practices.
  • Manage and implement project initiatives using Agile methodology.
  • Administer and support the client's Salesforce database including but not limited to managing profiles and roles, customizing objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, escalation rules, workflow rules, flows, and process builders.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business intelligence, or related field required
  • Years of Experience: 4 or more years of experience required, previous Salesforce experience required
  • Software Knowledge: Salesforce, Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce Certifications: Certified Administrator & Advanced Administrator required; certification in at least 2 of the following: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ, or FSL required
