Sr. Automation QA Engineer (Salesforce)

JOB DESCRIPTION

One of our multinational financial services clients is seeking a senior-level QA to join their growing team supporting their Salesforce ecosystem. From the development perspective, this team is building out campaign management features via integrations into Marketing Cloud within the organization’s retail business as well as restructuring their client segmentation. They are in the beginning phases of both initiatives so ideally this person would come in and assist with initial analysis of the QA process and ultimately collaborating with the dev team on best practices. Outside of that, general QA duties would include documenting test cases, creating test plans, creating automated tests, identifying and tracking potential software bugs. All Salesforce development is done using Lightning Web Components (LWC). Currently the team consists of 2 mid level Salesforce Developers, 1 mid level QA and 1 tech lead but they are looking to expand to probably 6 developers and 3 QA over the next year. They are working in 2-week sprints within an Agile environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in QA/SDET role
Extensive background in Automation
Experience using Selenium and Java
Experience working on complex projects/integrations and larger teams (5+ devs and QA)
Excellent communication and leadership ability as well as desire to bring independent ideas to the QA process

DESIRED SKILLS

Experience working with/testing on the Salesforce platform
Experience with Marketing Cloud (ie. integrations, campaign management, client segmentation, etc)
Experience with Sales Cloud
