Key Technical Skills

Key requirements 

Deep knowledge of Salesforce Dev Ops and Salesforce force.com tools and best practices 

Demonstrable ability to lead an offshore team of developers and Deployment teams 

Ability to consult with the client on Salesforce problems and clarifications 

Preferable knowledge of Copado deployment tool 

Good architectural knowledge of Salesforce 

Preferable knowledge of Bullhorn applications
