We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will work with Renegade Product, Engineering, and business users to implement new features and perform general administration and support of the Renegade Salesforce org. The ideal candidate should have a Salesforce certification and proven experience in administering Salesforce. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Product, Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into the performance of our insurance sales and servicing activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and functionalities in Salesforce.
- Participate in the planning and deployment of application releases and Salesforce updates.
- Monitor and maintain the health of the Salesforce system, including performance optimization, data quality, and security.
- Assist with creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and QA scripts.
- Migrate large datasets into Salesforce via Data Loader and other ETL tools
Requirements:
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Proven experience in administering Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
