Overview:

You’ll contribute to new features and capabilities, boosting the efficiency of our sales and other CRM users using CPQ, Experience Cloud, CLM, and other Salesforce and App Exchange products. Be part of the team that manages our global instance of Salesforce, supporting over 5,000 sales and service users in 100 countries.
Responsibilities:
  • Elicit requirements using a variety of methods to support business analysis and solution development
  • Identify essential components in a solution design to distinguish them from optional or nice-to-have elements
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients and technical teams to prioritize requirements, propose potential solutions, identify quick fixes or workarounds, and develop model business processes
  • Perform hands-on configuration of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce and App Exchange products
  • Create and revise analysis artifacts, documentation, and other deliverables to capture business and technical requirements, use cases, business rules, and business process models
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare or groom user stories as part of an Agile scrum team
  • Drive and challenge IST and business colleagues to optimize designs and work products
  • Collaborate on weekly production deploys and post-production support
  • Support, coordinate, and provide testing in all stages of SDLC (Unit, Integration, Testing, and UAT)
  • Configure within Salesforce, AppExchange products, and other cloud-based solutions
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience between Salesforce configuration and business analysis
  • Have a firm grasp of the Salesforce security & sharing model (OWD, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, public groups)
  • Understand object architecture and relationship model principles such as parent/child, master-detail/lookup/junction relationships
  • Strong demo and communication skills
  • Hands-on configuration experience such as flows, validations LEX record pages, and formula fields
  • Knowledge of SOQL, SQL or similar database query languages
  • Ability to present solutions in a peer review setting, explaining the business need, talking through your solution, and answering technical questions
  • Business analysis skills to identify technical and process optimization options
  • Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute your work
  • Adept at conducting research into application and process related issues; know when to ask for help or escalate an issue
  • Agile application development and support experience to effectively work in a scrum team
  • Bachelor’s or higher in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field
Recommended Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration experience in a high-tech environment
  • Experience working in a collaborative DevOps environment
