Summary of Position:
Travel Insured International, a Crum & Forster Company, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to work closely with department heads and other key users to solve cross-departmental problems, maximize our current setup, and implement future applications. The position reports to the Salesforce Platform Manager. Remote USA applicants encouraged to apply.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and maximize current Salesforce.com platform for assigned applications
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to prioritize and implement new applications and modifications to existing applications that will enhance our business processes and integrate with our existing technology
- Manage and create custom objects, workflow rules, approval processes, validations rules, page layouts, formulas, and dashboards & reports
- Effectively manage software and version updates for assigned applications to ensure a seamless user experience
- Review, organize, and maintain User Roles & Profiles
- Provide timely support for all support requests from Salesforce.com users such as adding or removing users, granting additional privileges, password resets, etc.
- Provide ongoing training to Salesforce users, team leads, and department trainers
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com suite by staying abreast of industry and vendor best practices and introducing opportunities that would benefit Travel Insured
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Travel Insured systems, projects, or departmental needs

Qualifications:
- com Administrator Certification required
- 1+ years working experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Experience with both Sales and Service Cloud
- Programming experience in Apex, SQL, or scripting languages is a plus
- Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and/or Einstein Analytics experience is a plus
