Our Role:

PGIM Investments business is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator with ability to think strategically and tactically utilizing their significant practical hands-on experience, to build state of the art solutions that drive positive sales outcomes. The Salesforce System Administrator will implement and maintain Salesforce solutions across multiple SAAS domains e.g. Sales and Marketing Cloud, Workflow solution, Content collaboration platforms. The Salesforce System Administrator will assist with evaluation of new products, solutions, and technologies including hands-on proof of concepts (POCs) collaborating with business stakeholders, vendor resource, and technology groups within and outside of PGIM Investments.

The candidate will be responsible to work with Business stakeholders, Scrum Masters, DevOps, Backend and Architecture teams to successfully deliver cross-functional projects. The candidate will design, create, test, and deploy solutions across multiple technology domains.

Your Required Skills:

  • Provide technical expertise to support the strategic initiatives across Sales organization
  • Engaging in conversations with sales business partners (External, Internal wholesalers) to identify requirements, needs and gaps aimed at technology driven transformation
  • Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including technical and functional capabilities; ability to execute on highly complex or specialized projects.
  • Review and advise on Salesforce platform solutions to ensure they comply with leading Salesforce architecture and development practices, align to internal integration patterns and practices, align to internal security and compliance needs, and adhere to CRM program architecture guiding principles.
  • Lead and support proof of concepts and test and learn activities

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an undergraduate or graduate level degree
  • Minimum 5+ years working with the Salesforce platform, working in Lightning, Process Builder, Triggers, Workflows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Data Loader, Email-to-case, Rollup Summaries, Change Sets, Reports and Dashboards, Report types, App Exchange, Salesforce mobile application is a must
  • Professional appearance and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and tactful manner
  • Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and easily
  • Experience delivering business capabilities for Investment Industry plus
  • Prior experience with enterprise integration applications or techniques a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a huge plus
  • Experience with Agile Kanban delivery framework
