We, the bmw group, offer you an exciting and varied internship in the area of Internal CRM Salesforce @Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd.

What awaits you?

• Manage daily support topcis for system users (Salesforce case handling).
• Support on multiple projects across the Marketing Cloud and Sales & Service Cloud.
• Liaise with product managers and agencies to complete projects.
• Participate in regular calls with contacts in Goodwood.
• Communicate release notes to stakeholders.
• Operate in a lateral working culture, collaborating with colleagues across the department / company.

What should you bring along?

• Studying for an undergraduate degree in Business Management or Computer Science / Technical field.
• Time spent working in a CRM environment is highly desirable, as is a passion for processes and technology.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills combined with and aptitude for analysing & presenting information.
• Ability to work well under pressure and challenging timelines.
• Competent in Microsoft Office packages and aptitude to learn new packages.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
