We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Architect to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Consultant / Architect, you will be responsible for leading and delivering Salesforce projects, with a specific focus on implementing and optimizing solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, managing project lifecycles, gathering requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, configuring the system, and providing guidance and support to junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce implementation on client projects and solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.
- Design and architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
- Configure, customize, and develop Salesforce applications, including but not limited to CPQ, to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices and system architecture.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations.
- Lead training sessions and create documentation to enable clients to effectively utilize Salesforce solutions and functionality.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and technical expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and trends, and proactively share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Extensive experience and expertise in full life cycle implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and declarative customization.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
- Experience mentoring and providing guidance to junior consultants is a plus.

We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $ 110,000 - $160,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
