We are looking for a Staff Salesforce Platform Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Global Salesforce Team. Join us to build an in-house Salesforce ecosystem within Delivery Hero and our global entities. Our task is to understand the strategic business needs and to translate these into our Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Platform Consultant, you will be working on Salesforce core products, designing and implementing the key technical components of the Salesforce solution. You will work with other Salesforce consultants and technical teams to create unique customer solutions, leveraging the full power of the Salesforce platform. You will share implementation best practices and partner with other teams to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones. You will have responsibility for capturing & documenting requirements and specifications for custom components and interfaces, designing solutions in accordance to best practices, and working with the cross-functional teams throughout the implementation of the Salesforce solution.

Your Mission:

• Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, application integration and data migration

• Design and implement business technology solutions focused on Salesforce platform

• Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment

• Works directly with business to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops & delivers key components of technology solution

• Contribute the growth of the practice through thought-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas ( Adoption, Training, Enablement, etc.)

• Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members

Your Heroic Skills:

• Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant

• Good knowledge of software development life-cycle

• Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion

• 4+ years of experience with hands-on Salesforce Platform with Declarative & Programmatic capabilities

• Application development experience Object Oriented programming and related technologies - Javascript, XML, HTML5, iOS, Android, Java, C++, ASP, SQL, Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc.

• Understanding of system and data integration architecture and a strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)

• Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall

Preferred Certification:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
