As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside a strong team of Salesforce professionals to assist in developing and deploying large-scale enterprise solutions to our clients. You will work with both clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements, and play an integral role in the overall execution of our delivery business processes.

Your Impact:

• Define business requirements while working closely with team members, clients, and end users
• Deliver user stories by designing specific solutions to meet business requirements
• Configure user stories within Salesforce, AppExhange products, etc.
• Participate and drive key meetings with clients for requirement defining, demos, and end user trainings for successful business outcomes
• Work closely with developers and architects to verify the code, deployments, and solutions are meeting business requirements
• Create data flow diagrams and training materials for internal training sessions for clients and business users to help better understand user groups and their preferred functionalities
• Engage in any necessary post-deployment support

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Hands on experience using Salesforce to develop business solutions, configuration, validation of rules and workflows
• Ability to leverage AppExchange products for developing solutions
• Experience collaborating with business partners, stakeholders, clients, etc.
• Software Development Lifecycle understanding

Set Yourself Apart:

• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Experience working in a professional services environment
