As an Associate Partner you will perform;
Advisory led engagement with clients - Salesforce focused platform and strategy advisory capability shifting focus from pure service delivery and pre-sales methods.
Focus on select Industry sectors - Adopting an industry blueprint approach to engagement across focused industry sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial etc.
Industry solutions and Salesforce Industries Clouds - Building world class industry capabilities and solutions, focusing on driving value for clients leveraging Salesforce Industries and Marketing & Commerce clouds
Pre-sales solution and opportunity leadership - growing IBM's existing teams and capabilities in EMEA regions
Growth mindset with experiential selling - expand key clients Salesforce RoI with advisory and platform growth methods and take lead on multi-tower digital and customer experience transformation initiatives in the UKI and other key European markets

Your Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide insights into new and disruptive technologies, Salesforce best practices and tools
- Owns the definition of Salesforce platform blueprints and brings it into solutions and delivery framework in an industry
- Drives effective Architecture conversations (meetings, workshops, deals) with senior client stakeholders on both business and technology side
- Collaborates with IBM Business Transformation Services and Customer Transformation teams in bringing the best solution outcomes for the clients
- Provides thought-leadership and industry insight on the opportunities Salesforce provides within the industry sectors/ domains combined with relevant best practice
- Helps to shape IBM Salesforce consulting propositions and contributes actively to our communities of practice
- Provides advisory and quality assurance services during ongoing delivery
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within customer-facing, enterprise environments in Europe
- Proven experience in both technology and advisory in complex multi-tower deals in Europe
- Experience in at least two of the following industry sectors: Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Retail, Industrial, Telecommunications
- Strong commercial acumen on deal structuring, pricing and estimation
- Good insight into market & industry-specific trends and changes impacting our clients businesses
- Deep functional knowledge of relevant processes, capabilities and data models
- Understanding of relevant Industry capability frameworks and service models
- Good understanding of wider application landscape (industry-aligned, niche products) and relevant integration patterns
- Good understanding of relevant design principles and devops methods
- Demonstrate the ability to independently problem solve and research solutions
- Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills
- Drive teams with solution leadership
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Extensive consulting experience (or other equivalent business experience)
- Expert in driving the sales of Salesforce engagements
- Experience working for a Salesforce consulting firm developing business strategies for clients and leading strategy engagements (or equivalent experience)
- Expert in developing winning proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Extensive industry experience in at least one industry
