Salesforce QA Tester

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce QA Tester in Miami, FL.

Summary:
The SFDC/BPM Tester thoroughly evaluates the software products according to the business standards or function requirements. The SFDC/BPM Tester performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. They may apply intermediate mathematical skills.

The SFDC/BPM Tester isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes. They will develop test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements. This person should be very familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. The Tester regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED
• Years of technical experience
• Less than years of leadership experience
• Able to isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes
• Able to develop test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
