CRM / DMS Developer

Job Purpose

The CRM/DMS developer is responsible for implementing solutions leveraging market leading solutions such as Salesforce/ DocuSign/ Sharepoint with desired quality and robustness, that meet AXA IM internal customers’ needs. Through his/her expertise he will also help ensure stability of the CRM/DMS platforms and contribute to the overall quality of the service.

Key Accountabilities

The Developer is the main entry point for the business and the project management team.

He/she will develop and manage services as a product across their entire lifecycle for this perimeter by:

• Responsible to execute user stories in the Digital backlog

• Responsible for delivering quality code properly unit tested and leveraging tools to ensure minimal vulnerabilities and high maintainability.

• Interact with the product owner/business analyst to ensure delivery match business requirements and with rest of Digital tech squad (tech lead, dev, QA, ...) to ensure delivery is performed within the development standards of the squad and AXA IM.

• Supports Tech lead in backlog sizing activities, reviewing other developers work and helping establish reusable assets to ensure increased productivity at squad and AXA IM levels

• Operate CI/CD pipeline to ensure regular deployments in different environments.

• Contribute to technical product documentation, management of technical debt and integration with AXA IM platforms.

  
  

Education/Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tech Environments & various Functions

• Master degree (BAC+5 or equivalent) with a proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role

Technical Skills

• CRM Deep understanding of Salesforce IDE and the lightning framework

• DMS Strong understanding of DocuSign CLM and workflow development

• Languages Proficient on C# and JavaScript and understanding of Database scripting languages like MySQL, Apex, Native or VisualForce

• Cloud Azure

• CI/CD Azure DevOps / git

• Methods Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
