Description
We are looking for a Mid-Senior level Salesforce Administrator. This person will own the day-to-day configuration, maintenance and support for the Salesforce platform at Byte. We use Salesforce to power a number of different business functions across the company, and this role will play a key part in making sure were operating efficiently on a daily basis. This person has a solid Salesforce background and feels comfortable working with a distributed team. The ideal candidate is scrappy and finds ways to improve and configure the Salesforce platform to help our teams work smarter, not harder.
What You Will Do.
  • Support high demand users in a rapidly evolving environment for our Salesforce platform.
  • Routinely monitor platform usage for errors, limits, usability problems, unauthorized modification and opportunities to improve data cleanliness.
  • Day to day to include but not limited to System Configuration, Maintenance, Data Validation and Integrity Analysis, Testing, Training, Documentation, and end user support .
  • Wear a lot of hats.
Your Background and Experience.
  • 3+ years working with Salesforce.com as an Administrator in a medium to large size implementation
  • Experience with Salesforce Community, Community Builder, Lightening and Community User Management
  • Experience in salesforce administrative tasks such as object creation, permission management, record sharing rules, and user interface configuration preferred
  • Ability to interface with end users and executive level team members with confidence regarding Salesforce and its usage, speak positively and convey purpose in product related discussions; deliver small to medium sized group training virtually and in-person.
  • Experience managing projects across departments with a focus on technology as the delivering group
  • Strong ability to interface with technical users and non-technical users, and translate between the two
  • Strong ability to manage timelines without slowing productivity (death by meetings)
  • Ability to generate and review highly detailed and accurate written content with teams and individuals of varying technical capacity quickly
  • Ability to document and organize business requirements into actionable bite sized tasks for a team of individuals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
