- Education needed for this position: Master or Bachelor.

- Pharmaceutical/Life science industry experience is required.

· Understanding of pharmaceutical business model/processes - Marketing, Sales, Sampling, etc.

· Strong background in core Veeva CRM design and architecture - Account Management, Alignment, Cycle Plan, Coaching Report, Sampling, Event Management, Call Planning, Engage, Survey Planning, CLM, Approved Emails, HCP Targeting, and Medical CRM.

· Strong background in Salesforce applications – Health Cloud and Health cloud.

· High-level understanding of other Veeva applications - Veeva Vaults (PromoMats & MedComms), Engage, Link, Network, and Align.

· High-level understanding of ETL – a person should know how Salesforce applications work with external integrations.

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
