Technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of experience as Salesforce developer (APEX, Aura, LWC).
• Experience developing bidirectional integrations leveraging REST JSON.
• Maintain infrastructure and web services developed including security (1 way and 2 way SSL)
• Expertise building reusable components
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse workload while maintaining delivery standards and timelines
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com capabilities and its application is desired
• Salesforce.com certified is encouraged with the expectation to be current on all salesforce.com software releases
• Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other Web Technologies is a plus
• Working in an Agile environment is a plus
• Background and working experience with Java or .Net is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
