SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator who can work collaboratively across departments to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and maintain data quality to drive business insights.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Customize Salesforce features and applications to align with business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automate workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in creating a platform roadmap and define priorities, collaborating with end users and cross-functional department leadership to align with overall business strategies
  • Oversee data integrity through regular data audits and cleaning processes; manage data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems.
  • Regularly monitor system performance and resolve issues; implement system updates, data backups, and security measures.
  • Create and maintain the pricebook, including product catalog updates, pricing adjustments, and discount structures through Salesforce CPQ.
  • Provide ongoing support and system process documentation to users across the organization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and training materials for end users.
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles and permissions.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  • You will work in a highly visible and collaborative environment, at the intersection of sales, customer success, marketing and finance.
  • You will report directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations, and work closely with all members of the management team.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • Salesforce Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS business model.
  • Experience with CPQ is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
  • A problem-solving mentality and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and create unconventional solutions.

The base compensation for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based bonuses paid out annually of up to 10% of the base salary.
