Job Description:
Job Title: Salesforce Admin
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job type: Full Time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for configuration changes and
- managed packages including bug fixing and maintenance
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as security, sharing and visibility, approval
- processes, lightning components, process builder, validation rules and reporting
- Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes
- Map and load data into Salesforce using a data loading tool like Apex Data Loader
- Participate in the creation and documentation of end user requirements
- Create and maintain business processes in Salesforce.com using components such as: process builders,
- flows, workflow rules and approval processes
- Support new user setup and training
- Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards
- Provide excellent support service including bug fixing and maintenance for internal Salesforce.com use
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, and Community cloud is a plus
- Salesforce certifications a strong plus
- Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems
- Be highly driven and able to self-manage in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Lightning is a plus
