- 3-5 years quality assurance/testing experience on Salesforce applications
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Experience with process improvement and training
- Experience with performance monitoring and reporting
- Very good technical writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience with QA methodology
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Experience in SDLC and STLC
- Experience with test data management tool and process
- Experience with bug/issues tracking tools such as JIRA
- Experience with Selenium
Experience with 508 compliance
- 5-6 years of hands-on automation experience (Ruby/RSpec/Selenium)
- 3-4 years of experience with API Testing and Postman
- Must have good analytical and technical skills
- Experience with setting up new automation frameworks and other test tools
- Analyze and translate business requirements into test scenarios and test cases
- Develop atest strategy to adequately cover the requirements
- Perform integration, functional, system, security, performance, reliability, stability, and regres-sion testing and 508 Compliance testing
- Write test plans, test scenarios and test cases for functional, regression and system level test-ing activities and report test progress during feature development
- Participate in sprint and release planning to understand requirements and ensure quality and release readiness
- Understand and implement bug life cycle - Defect tracking, defect reporting, root-cause analy-sis and verification
- Provide analysis and assist with troubleshooting of operational issues and/or customer needs
- Identify defects, track and test defect fixes, retest and deliver
