Shift4 is expanding globally and hiring a key Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to manage the prioritization and scheduling of our Integrations team! The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Agile development, be proficient in using JIRA, and needs to have prior experience as a Scrum Master. Working knowledge and technical experience with MuleSoft or other Integration software and API-led connectivity is highly regarded.

Lead and coordinate the prioritization, planning, and scheduling of projects across the Integrations team
Act as a Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
Manage and help resolve roadblocks identified by the scrum team
Embodies the servant leadership principles
Understand and convey information regarding a variety of technologies that will be integrated throughout the Enterprise using MuleSoft
Consistently interact with the Integration Development team to assist in delivering quality integrations in a timely fashion
Ensure teams are maximizing efficiency and quality by aligning Agile practices with project goals and company objectives
Utilize JIRA for effective project tracking including task assignments, backlog management, and sprint progress updates
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine the project backlog and define sprint goals
Manage cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and alignment on project status, risks, and delivery timelines
Serve as an Agile coach within the teams to foster an environment of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Assist with the integration of Legacy, Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP systems and Databases as they pertain to MuleSoft’s data handling and workflow processes

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in program management and Agile/Scrum practices
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
3-5 years of experience with JIRA for managing Agile workflows and reporting
Prior role(s) demonstrating successful management of large, complex technical projects, especially in integrations with a variety of systems and platforms, including data management
2-5 years of experience with MuleSoft (or another applicable Integration software), Databases, Salesforce CRM and ERP platforms
Previous experience as a Database Developer or Integration Developer is desired due to the technical nature of this position
SQL Skills of any level are helpful
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
