Salesforce QA Tester

Aveshka, Inc. a Softtek Company is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Lead QA Tester to assist us with one of our corporate clients. The Lead Tester will work side-by-side with the Project Manager/SCRUM Master to give direction on the project and help them test their processes and Salesforce flows.

Overview:

As a Salesforce QA Tester, you will play a critical role in supporting the contract and working closely with the Project manager to ensure that our client's Salesforce platform is high quality setup and meets the specific needs of our company. With your years of experience in testing and Salesforce technology, you will be instrumental in driving our technology initiatives to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all quality assurance, test automation, and release engineering-related activities and teams (Manual and Automation)
Play a key role in troubleshooting, triaging, and diagnosing quality issues.
Work cross-functionally with development, and Design to ensure products are delivered with high standards of quality and reliability.
Release process and testing of components and end-to-end product test coverage.
Create test plans, test cases, scenarios and test data for use during testing
Perform testing of Salesforce applications
Provide feedback to developers and product managers regarding test outcomes
Create QA reports and file defect tickets based on the outcome of QA test cycles
Support key end users during UAT
Develop Product Guides and other documentation, to be used in training of end users
Schedule and lead end user training sessions (train the trainer model)

Qualifications:

Be able to understand the application of the Salesforce platform (1+ years Salesforce administrator or related experience)
Developed consistent best practices in order to meet the ongoing business needs
The ability to drive resolution to escalations, including post-mortem, root cause analysis, and implementations to ensure long term remediation of issues
Familiarity with radar, Java, Javascript, html, Selenium, Salesforce/Apex knowledge, github,
Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
Understanding of regression testing.
Experience testing integrations between front end and back-end applications. Proven record of working with Sales or service Cloud, or being familiar with any of the salesforce Solutions

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in testing/2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing
Proven experience as a Tester or similar role (Experience as a manual tester designing, creating test cases, test matrix, and executing tests)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using tools such as Selenium, Salesforce/Apex
