Salesforce Administrator

Piper Companies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator, in a hybrid environment to join a Financial Solution agency based in Raleigh, NC. The Salesforce Administrator will design, develop, test, and implement customizations and applications related to Salesforce.

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Admin include:

• Oversee and play a key role in maximizing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Salesforce for the Sales and Customer Solutions organizations
• Develop and implement the customizations and applications within Salesforce to allow for a more efficient environment
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective and scalable products within Salesforce
• Maintain and enhance visual layouts, workflow rules, and business logic to enhance business processes and end user experience
• Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain performance of the platform

Qualifications for the Salesforce Admin include:

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration experience
• Experience with Apex and the Lightning Component Framework within Salesforce
• Ability to be quick with implementations and working within an Agile development team
• Salesforce Admin Certification

Compensation for the Salesforce Admin includes:

• Hourly Rate: $36 - $48/hr *depending on experience*

o Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
