Summary of Position

The Salesforce Administrator II will co-lead the ongoing development of our Real Estate and Workplace Services Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. The administrator will work closely with the Real Estate Technology team and functional leaders, organizational units, and domain experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes to support our global Real Estate and Workplace Services teams including: Workplace Services, Projects & Operations, Workplace Design, Culinary Team and Strategy, Planning & Transactions. The Salesforce System Administrator II will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day operational support as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 500+ system users and 75k+ community contacts
  • Perform systems administration including user access provisioning, managing permissions, ensuring systems are operating properly
  • Work with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents and problems affecting real estate technology systems
  • Solve problems, facilitating system issue resolution, and suggesting functional workarounds
  • Configure systems to meet business needs
  • Work with third party providers to update systems with the latest capabilities
  • Work with internal IT teams and vendors to facilitate user acceptance testing for new capabilities
  • Assists with test execution & defect/change tracking
  • Assist with the identification, selection and implementation of new systems to support business needs
  • Support process change/improvements, including automation requirements
  • Project/scrum team engagement ownership
  • Root cause analysis resolution/closure
  • Sophisticated declarative/code issues troubleshooting
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Business and scrum team relationship management
  • Lead the delivery of the SLA requirement
  • Infrastructure planning and requirements

Skills Required

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (201), Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM11) , Salesforce Platform Developer I (401) .
  • 6+ years Administrative experience with a minimum 500-seat environment handling all aspects of CRM, case management and platform maintenance.
  • 2+ years of experience programming or supporting in Triggers, Apex Code and Visualforce Pages
  • Experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, lightning and Web Services.
  • Good Understanding of salesforce.com , Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, AppExchange.
  • Experience in handling field creation requests, validation rule implementation, workflow implementation, new record types and Approval flows, along with queue management and complex assignment rules.
  • Experience with sandbox and production deployments using Salesforce DX/VS Code.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce SOQL, SOSL and security model.
  • Experience with database concepts and data modeling capabilities.
  • Experience with Web Development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of standard methodologies regarding Salesforce implementations, including design patterns, release management, deployment strategies, and testing standard methodologies.
  • Familiarity with source control and release management and experience using source control tools (eg. Git and Jenkins).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead overall business initiative or several components of a large, complex project with direct experience in Agile and Scrum.
  • Must be a self-starter and Salesforce enthusiast who flourishes working in fast-paced environment.
  • An excellent collaborator and good team player with service-oriented demeanor and customer focus.
  • Familiarity with SOX protocols, Change Management and Release Management principles and processes.
