We are looking for a CRM Specialist (m/f/d)
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for the CRM software SalesForce.com to contribute to business management and lead generation.
  • As a knowledgeable expert, you will design, optimize, and further develop the tool and its processes together with the business analyst and relevant departments.
  • As a professional, you ensure maximum integration. When planning and implementing projects in the CRM environment, you will also be responsible for sub-projects and the implementation of those, considering time, cost and quality specifications.
  • You see yourself as the worldwide support of key users and supervisors and support the users mainly in second and third level support. You support the sales, service and marketing team in reporting and provide reliable key figures and analyses for relevant department.
Qualifikationen:
  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics or a comparable education with IT affinity
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
  • 1-2 years of working experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Several years of experience in the CRM SalesForce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning)
  • Very good understanding of marketing, sales and service processes
  • Relevant experience in the design as well as implementation of processes in the CRM area, especially in SalesForce.com
  • Result orientation, strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinarity and teamwork
