A client of Spring Technologies are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Team Leader, based out of Kent but currently WFH.
This is a permanent opportunity.

- Provide guidance to a team designing and building features on the Salesforce platform, using products such as Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics
- Ability to communicate with strong technical skills
- Strong analytic & problem-solving skills
- Experience with stakeholder management (setting expectations, reporting)
- Foster learning and facilitate communication between team members to ensure success of your team
- Gathering requirements from business and working with multi-skilled architects
- Integration's using REST and JSON services
- Respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.Technologies
- Senior Developer with at-least 5+ years of recent hands-on Salesforce experience on writing custom APEX code for trigger, Control org, batch job, SOQL, lightening component etc.
- Heading up a development team and leading training, coaching
- 2-3 years' experience in Git, Versioning, CI/CD Pipeline
- To have prior knowledge of how to adequately estimate and prioritise workload throughout the project.
- At least 2-year experience of leading the team/ team management and mentoring.
- Salesforce Certifications Platform Developer 2 is highly desirable.
