The Position

As a Projects coordinator you will work as part of a global company and you will handle demands for new projects, and coordinate with Suppliers to maximize project delivery. Share passion and knowledge of saleforce.com (SFDC) to form a community of SFDC users and build prototypes and run Proof-of-Concepts. Then define and clarify requirements for new Apps and ensure that Salesforce platform features are well understood. Your main duties will be:

Tasks and responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate SFDC based projects and initiatives, including the running of Proof-of-Concept activities, platform initiatives, quality tracking, and communication to stakeholders.
• Receive and own requests for new SFDC based projects – explain features, capabilities, and benefits of salesforce.com platform to deliver value for users.
• Build prototypes based on discussion with functional users, including clarification and document requirements so they can be taken to Suppliers to build.
• Onboard suppliers / team members for project work. Coordinate supplier projects, including track and maintain progress updates and handle or escalate issues.
• Form and manage community of SFDC Application owners and interested stakeholders, including communications and transparent feedback loops to help drive the salesforce.com platform further.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in leading projects and business analysis/consulting in a Salesforce.com environment.
• Experienced in Low-Code development, prototyping, rapid iteration App building.
• Certified in salesforce.com (System Administrator, Platform App builder).
• Agile Project management skills – Scrum Master / Product Owner
• DevOps methodology certifications and experience highly valued.
• ITIL certification (v3 or v4) is a plus.
• Familiarity with working in Salesforce.com platforms alongside Veeva CRM is a plus.
• Familiarity with life sciences and pharma sector, or similar regulated environments.
• Team colleague with fantastic listening skills, passionate for innovation, a desire to form networks and share knowledge, creative communicator.
• Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
