If yes, we believe you would be an outstanding fit as a Salesforce Administrator for our Shared Services technology team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve on the Shared Services Technology team as a Salesforce Administrator, executing tasks including but not limited to: configuration and maintenance of fields, objects, record types, lightning pages, page layouts, managing security, workflow rules, process builder, flows, reporting and dashboards.
- Assist with the administration of third-party tools associated with Salesforce, such as DocuSign and Conga Orchestrate.
- Resolve user support requests through internal ticketing tools.
- Assist with end-user training, including new user orientation, new functionality releases, best-practices to enhance and increase user knowledge and adoption.
- Create and maintain the firm knowledgebase.
- Manage and monitor data quality of Salesforce using reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries. Implement processes and procedures to ensure Cerity Partners client data meets or exceeds firm standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to customize, develop, design, document and manage ongoing system enhancements to meet the organization’s goals and initiatives.
- Special Projects: Work on a diverse set of special projects, ranging from unique multi-system client onboarding buildouts to corporate data reporting and visualization.

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification within 12 months of assuming the position.
- Ability to work independently with a fully remote team.
- Experience working with users of a diverse technical skillset.
- Ability to take action on support requests in a professional manner to address support issues, using problem solving skills to determine short-term and/or long-term resolution and effectively communicate resolution tailored to the audience.
- An understanding of the limits of the Salesforce platform, e.g. where declarative ends and development begins.
- Ability to continuously grow and learn new tools/languages as projects require.
- Team player who leaves their ego at the door and has a growth mindset, welcoming feedback with the goal of continuous improvement.
- Passion and experience in the Financial Services industry a plus.
