About the Job
We are looking for a Front-End Salesforce Developer to join the rapidly growing Technology Team at Bellwether. This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage one’s imagination in creating new Salesforce user interfaces, building off an already existing dev stack. Day to day responsibilities will vary but will require close collaboration with several internal back-end developers. Projects will directly impact clients, requiring translating business needs to quality designs that are visually engaging, responsive, and easy to use.
These responsibilities will require excessive attention to detail and ingenuity. The ideal candidate is a dynamic team player with strong integrity, a high degree of professionalism and the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. An ideal candidate will have held similar positions at a fast-paced company, where they worked with a considerable amount of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test custom interfaces built on the Salesforce platform with HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Collaborate with back-end Salesforce developers to create visually pleasing and sound client experiences
- Contribute to code standards and best practices
- Interact directly with customers to review design solutions and mock-ups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building scalable, functional, and effective web applications
- Expert skills in web technologies - HTML/CSS, Javascript
- Excellent understanding of accessibility, usability, and visual design principals
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components preferred
- Exposure to Salesforce administration principals such as user creation, role setup, and security preferred
- Knowledge or interest in commercial real estate or finance preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- A bachelor's degree

- Asset-level analytics: Providing quantitative and qualitative investment- and portfolio-level performance reports by consolidating and analyzing monthly operating reports produced by operating partners to track and monitor performance against initial underwriting;
- Active Asset Management Support: The team works closely with Acquisition Teams to help monitor all strategic and joint-venture operating partners on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include weekly leasing calls, monthly operations reviews, annual budget and business plan reviews and financial analysis; and
- Investment and Fund-level Reforecasting: BWAM is responsible for creating proprietary investment-level valuation models for the portfolio to enhance our ability to reforecast investment-and fund-level performance on a routine basis.
