Job Title: Salesforce Administrator/Analyst

Purpose of Job
Following our recent migration, the Salesforce Administrator/Analyst will be part of our MIS team, and will specifically support our FD Sales Teams using Salesforce and associated CRM applications and date feeds. This role will require a tight alliance with users to ensure that these tools meet their needs and keep pace with changes in FD’s operations, policies and/or procedures and can provide reports, analysis and business intelligence. It also will include training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products, on a train the trainer model.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
· Daily administration and support of the FD’s Salesforce database including managing multiple user setup, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
· Work with management and end users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers.
· Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the program enhancements.
· Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
· Maintaining the Sales Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
· Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, managing the testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual testing.
· Develop training plans, materials and documentation for users, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions, train new and existing users.
· Provide users with technical support on Salesforce and associated applications and manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
· Log and track identified system problems through to resolution.
· Ensure quality and accuracy of customer information and activities, inclusing regularly perform de-duping and clean-up procedures.
· Define, communicate and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications.
· Manage Work with Multimedia team to integrate web and online initiatives.
· Providing training and support.
· Preparing reports for Sales and other departments.
Essential:
· In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities, including creating profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.

· Experience of data manipulation, de-duplication and cleansing.
· Highly computer literate and numerate with excellent working knowledge of CRM Systems.
· Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and completing multiple life cycles within a salesforce.com environment
· Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
· Good, demonstrable project management and organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload.
· Able to communicate clearly and convincingly to a range of people at different levels across the organisation.
Desirable:
· Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
· Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
· A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.
· Experience working with:
o Pardot B2B Marketing automation tool
o Clari Revenue Operations Platform
· Experience in successful integration with ERP and Data Feeds such as ZoomInfo and Datafox.
· Practical knowledge of email marketing processes, templating and bulk mailing tools.
· Detailed knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel processes.
